Couldn't agree with you more Shane...on all points.

Say "hey" to Jeremy York, Mike Creech, Ken Varnum, Suzanne Chapman or Molly
Kleinman if you see them milling about the Library. I did a ton of usability
work with them in my grad program.

The Library was just hunting to fill your position as I was exiting UM -
looks like they made a great pick!
