Thanks Andrew!
I think having individual pages for each service provider and implementer's responses to questions is the right way to go. I checked the settings and it looks like everyone in the group should be able to create pages. Andrew, if you are still having trouble with this feel free to send me an email off list with the error message or response you are getting and we can sort this out. To keep things moving I created a stub that you can start filling in. http://www.loc.gov/extranet/wiki/osi/ndiip/ndsa/index.php?title=DuraCloud
I agree that getting text responses to our questions from past and future presenters and keeping them on the wiki is a great idea. That will help us in composing a report, but I also think the bulk set of answers to these questions could be an interesting work product in and of itself. In that case we just need to all think a little bit more about the answers to the questions. If we are happy with both sets of questions we can probably start thinking about getting these filled out.
So any more comments on the questions? Or do we think we have most of what we want in here.

Subject: Wiki Organization of Scale/Cloud Storage Responses
Hello Trevor and Team,
To start with, I have a minor wiki-related question regarding content organization. I was in the process of pushing the data dump of responses to the presentation questions from a DuraCloud perspective onto the wiki. Logically, it makes sense to me to have the bloat of responses and comments for each presentation on individual sub-pages of the wiki. Then we can distill the salient points up to the current page as tables, condensed lists, etc. It seems, however, that the ability to create sub-pages has been disabled. If the approach is reasonable, could you help enable that capability?
Secondly, in order to increase the benefit of the past and future presentations as well as the direct experiences of member institutions' large-scale storage implementations, I support the idea of collecting direct and detailed responses to the questions on the wiki from the presenters/institutions themselves. We can then continue with a concrete dialog/debate on the mailing list over the responses in an attempt to narrow in on practices and recommendations.
Of course this is predicated on the agreement of pertinent questions from the other thread on this list.
Thanks,
Andrew
