Subject: [NDSA-CONTENT] NDSA Content WG Call - June 6, 2012 at 11 AM Eastern
Hello Content WG,
This is a reminder that we have an all member conference call scheduled on Wednesday, June 6 at 11 am Eastern (10 am Central, 9 am Mountain, 8 am Pacific). The draft agenda for the meeting and the call in information is below. Please let us know if you have any additions for the agenda.
We hope many of you can join the call to hear reports from our Content Teams and to discuss revisions to our scope of work. We prepared the current scope of work almost 2 years, so it needs review and updating. We will also plan for our face-to-face meeting in July at the NDSA/NDIIPP members meeting.
Cathy and Abbie
Agenda:
1) Will someone volunteer to take notes for this call?
2) Update on the work with Standards WG for the Levels of Preservation (Abbie)
3) Reports from the Content Teams. (several teams will have representatives reporting)
4) Revisions to the scope of work statement for our Content Work Group (Cathy and Abbie)
5) Planning for our Content Work Group meeting in July at the NDIIPP/NDSA meeting (everyone)
6) Schedule next call. Since we will meet in late July at the NDSA meeting, do we want our next all CWG call scheduled for August or for September?
