So to further clarify, we're fine with me tweaking that part? I looked at the .doc you sent and I'm comfortable with the term "organization" - except for the 3rd and last paragraph that still refer to "institution". If everyone is fine with me changing those 2 paragraphs I'll do that and send it out. I'm thinking I'll probably use the DDEX reflector to hit labels around the world, along with our US clients.
Glad to hear we've already got responses!! Maybe we did something right!! I just want to make sure i'm not coloring outside the lines...
