I understand this is being sent to the NDSA member institutions, may one
(may I) share this with an institution that is not a member of NDSA? The
client is keen to get involved with the September meeting, and the
results of this survey are typically shared in that time frame.

Please advise. I can share under a confidentiality agreement if you
would like (we have one in place). Knowing that this info is forth
coming as a published report (and update to the 2011 one) would prove
helpful. I cannot see any down side to sharing - but defer to the NDSA
to provide guidance before I do so.

Attached is a copy of all of the questions in a Word Doc. So, feel free
to fill in answers on the doc and share them within your organization
and then have one person enter the responses.

To get past the 7th question requires that one first complete 1-6. Given
that my doing so would mess things up (I am not an institution so would
