Sorry for the confusion, folks.  I posted a preliminary link for
testing the new voting and proposal system.

That's the -real- ballot, and it opens at midnight tonight (Eastern
time) and will be open for 24 hours.

So, uh, thanks to everybody for testing the ballot!  Gear up for the real vote!
