For those of you that attended the "Open Access OAIster Repository
Blah Blah Blah Search Blah Blah" Code4libcon2008 breakout session,
proposed by Jonathan Rochkind (and those of you that didn't that would
be interested in a means to search for open access repository
content), I have created a Google Group to discuss ideas:

http://groups.google.com/group/open-oaister

The outcome of the meeting was that, while a new index of data that
was *only* open access would be nice, in the meantime, we might be
able to make do with OAIster's current content/interfaces and some
sort of blacklist/whitelist filter service (regexes and other means)
to weed out known "not open" content.

See some of you there (hopefully),
-Ross.
