Do you have SSH access to an off-campus server? If so... 1) Use PuTTY to create a local SOCKS proxy w/ an SSH tunnel to the off-campus server. 2) Configure your browser to use the SOCKS proxy Wa-lah [sic], your requests will appear to be coming from off-campus.
