There's a copy of prospero-1.40 here: http://oss4lib.org/node/569 Lawsuits doomed it several years ago, but this code is still sitting around. I still have my OpenILL shirt (you paid HOW MUCH for WHAT?) but I haven't found a drupal module that can turn that into an attachment yet.
