[FORUMPLANNINGL] 2011 DLF Forum Update - Call for Ideas
Planning for the 2011 DLF Forum has begun!
This year, in an effort to make planning more transparent and participatory, the 2011 Forum Planning Committee will create opportunities for the DLF community to actively contribute throughout the program development process.
The first open contribution opportunity is the 2011 DLF Forum: Call for Ideas.
We are currently seeking open community input on what you would like to hear about at the 2011 Forum Meeting in Baltimore.
An open document has been created for the purpose of collecting ideas and can be accessed via the DLF web site - http://www.diglib.org/archives/1014/ - by click on the “open document” link.
Please submit your suggestions for topics, formats, speakers, or other activities by Friday, May 20th.
Results will be announced soon after, with a call for proposals that reflects the community conversation.

The Program Planning Committee (PCC) will using the web site and news feed to post updates and information about the Forum’s venue, registration, meeting logistics, and, most importantly, how to participate in the planning process.
