Sedna is awesome (We're just installing a demo system now) but Apple doesn't allow the disabling of the Home button on iOS devices via software. It's possible you could do it with a jailbroken device, but the best solution I've seen (and the one that I'm going to play with) is a case that physically restricts access to the Home button.
