Hey, Erik. I'd be to happy to complete the survey but I feel I should let you know that it doesn't jibe with our environment and we're probably not the only ones. We have a mix of support staffing scenarios. Nearly everything is virtualized now. In some cases, campus IT spins up a virtual server specifically for our use and we manage it from there. In other cases, the web site for example, they manage it completely. In other cases, we have things hosted in the cloud with varying levels of management responsibility. As I began the survey I got stuck immediately and question what value and how accurate my response would be. It's just not as clear-cut as the survey assumes.
