This new post will provide an opportunity to developing innovative digital technologies as part of a cutting-edge European research and development project. You'll be working closely with developers across Europe and with the other members of our digital preservation team to create new solutions for processing digital media on a massive scale. This will lead to open source solutions that will help national libraries and archives across the world to manage their content effectively now and in the future. You will have excellent Java development skills, and experience in rapid prototyping with scripting languages such as Python and Bash.
