RDFa is emitted by HathiTrust's pageturner application. I believe that COinS support is available for all text collections delivered using DLXS on quod.lib.umich.edu. Furthermore, those MPublishing text collections on quod.lib.umich.edu that use a newer design templates include minimal RDFa and, for what it's worth, also follow the Google Scholar Inclusion Guidelines. (We are migrating collections to the new templates, so the number will increase over time.) It's a shame that unAPI never caught on.
