I have attached two new images that will hopefully display better. The first shows the properties of photos at the folder level and the second shows the same at the file level. The history tab (not shown) shows actions on the file within the preservation system which will further trace the "provenance" of the file. The accession metadata comes from a database with additional administrative data, but we determined that the "accession metadata" we loaded into the preservation system to be the most important "provenance" information. Our public display system http://dspace.kdla.ky.gov:8080/jspui/ contains more on the creating agencies and it also has links to the history of agencies in the KDLA on-line public catalog (http://kdla.kyvl.org/vwebv/holdingsInfo?bibId=113735) .

Accession Metadata in the preservation system is as follows

Accession Number E2010-100
Date of Accession 2010-11-08T00:00:00
Method of Transfer FTP transfer
