A group I'm very fond of is hosting a discussion about the publishing
landscape in the humanities, with talks on everything from data (linked and
otherwise) in the digital humanities to legal issues in humanities research
to integrating new forms of publication into library instruction and
publisher marketing. The group is a mix of publishers and librarians, and
I've found their events extremely instructive in letting me see library
problems from a publisher's perspective
