Hi All,
Regarding our planned October 2nd Content WG call, we have run into some issues. Many of you may have seen recent news coverage that Congress may not reach agreement on a budget, which would shut down government agencies on October 1st. If this should happen, the Library of Congress would be likely closed and could not host our call, and I would not be allowed to join the call. Our option would be to cancel the call at the last minute, or find another option for hosting the call. As a backup --- could any of you offer to host the call if that were to happen? Just telephone conferencing would be fine.

We have also run into an issues with the planned program about our National Agenda topic, Web Archiving and Social Media. We will need to reschedule that talk for a later call. Is anyone interested in moving their member presentation up to the October time slot (if we don't have Webex or another online meeting arrangement it might just need to be a spoken presentation)?

We can also talk about other Content WG topics such as the Web Archiving survey, Bradley's idea about a curatorial framework for digital preservation, or have updates from Content Teams.

Any thoughts welcome, and if someone can be a backup to the conference line issue, please let me know.

Thanks
Abbie & Cathy
