Not sure I can answer at all, but by "web filter", are you referring to content filtering, to e.g. block adult content/all content from certain domains? Or something like Adblock Plus/Ghostery/ShareMeNot/NoScript to selectively download and execute advertisements, trackers/beacons, any scripts?
