Hi all,
The meeting space, room LM-139, is very close to the front entrance of the Madison Building (see link to maps below). If anyone coming to LC this afternoon has trouble finding us, however, you can call me at 202-707-2833 and it'll roll over to my cell phone. I'll try to get to the room around 3:15. See you all soon!
Abbie

Subject: [NDSA-CONTENT] Details for onsite meeting and happy hour Monday July 21

Hello CWG!
We are gearing up for DP14 and still plan to have the CWG meeting Monday at the Library of Congress this Monday July 21, from 3:30-5pm. This will be in person only - no phone line will be available. We'll have a notetaker and will distribute minutes the following week.

NOTE: To check our numbers, please send me a message to confirm if you will be at the meeting and/or the happy hour: [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>
While DP14 is at the Georgetown Marriot, the meeting Monday will be at the Library of Congress on Capitol Hill. We have booked a room on the first floor of the Library's Madison Building, LM-139. This is just inside the main doors off of Independence Avenue, SE, across from Reader Registration. You can see it in the "blue core" in this map: http://www.loc.gov/visit/maps-and-floor-plans/madison-building-first-floor/

We have on the agenda:

-A preview and update on the web archiving survey report

-A discussion of current WG organization, what is working and what isn't

If there is anything else folks would like to discuss, please let us know, we can add to the agenda! We will probably have time for updates from members if anyone wants to report out on anything.
Also, following the meeting head to the Capitol Lounge a block away for an informal pay-your-own-way happy hour with some of the other working groups who are gathering around the same time. If you can't make the meeting but can attend later, please feel free to join us after 5:30! http://capitolloungedc.com/
Looking forward to seeing everyone next week!
 Abbie, Cathy, and Christie
