Agreed - most patrons are usually confused by all of those terms (including "databases") and aren't going to care about the differences between them, they just want the content. "Articles" is understandable, but incomplete - "Articles and Other Online Resources" is inclusive and easier to understand, but too long. I usually go with something like "Online Resources" to try to balance the understandability with the intent.
