SHARE Community Meeting to Convene July 11–14 in Charlottesville, Virginia

Join SHARE (http://www.share-research.org/) at the Center for Open Science (https://cos.io/) in Charlottesville, Virginia, July 11–14, 2016, to build SHARE’s community and technology. SHARE is aggregating metadata about research activity across the life cycle of scholarship into a free and open data set.

The meeting goals and objectives are action-oriented—we are looking for tangible opportunities to advance the work of SHARE. The meeting is structured in two parts—a hackathon and community meeting. You can register (http://www.share-research.org/2016/04/share-2016-community-meeting/) separately for each part, or for both of them. The SHARE community is a diverse group of digital repository managers, librarians, metadata experts, open science advocates, and others in the scholarly communications ecosystem.

SHARE Hackathon

Monday & Tuesday, July 11–12, 2016, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
