After a brief hiatus, the DLF Jobs Digest returns — with news of a new and improved posting service! HR folks, search committee chairs, and hiring managers can share positions directly at:

https://jobs.diglib.org/

— where users are now able to search, browse, and consult a map to find relevant job ads. The service still includes DLF's friendly, customized promotion of your positions, with some additional bells and whistles and — as always — is free for DLF member organizations and available to others at a small fee.

Now, on to the digest!

Since our last episode...

the Smithsonian Libraries seeks a Data Developer<https://jobs.diglib.org/job/data-developer/> to facilitate use and re-purposing of data across platforms and systems;

Penn State is looking for a Digital Preservation Librarian<https://jobs.diglib.org/job/digital-preservation-librarian/> with a "proactive awareness of social responsibility, inherent and historical institutional biases, and ethics of digital preservation;”

the Library of Congress seeks a Chief<https://jobs.diglib.org/job/chief-digital-collections-management-services-division/> for its newly-established Digital Collections Management & Services Division, responsible for the full lifecycle management of digital collections;

Amherst College Library wants an “inventive leader, adroit manager, and indefagitable collaborator” as its new Head of Digital Programs<https://jobs.diglib.org/job/head-of-digital-programs/>;

Duke is hiring for two positions: a Digital Repository Content Analyst<https://jobs.diglib.org/job/digital-repository-content-analyst/> to work on the Duke Digital Repository as well as discipline-specific repos, and a Senior Research Data Management Consultant<https://jobs.diglib.org/job/senior-research-data-management-consultant/> to develop a program responsive to local needs;

and, finally, Yale University seeks an Archivist<https://jobs.diglib.org/job/archivist/> to work on archival and manuscript collections across all formats, including born-digital collections.
