Yes, Paul. Thanks for responding. We have explored Omeka and Collectionspace. Omeka is OAI-compliant but no inbuilt metadata support for CDWA, CCO or LIDO. I searched for support of CDWA in Omeka but got no discussion over it (see http://omeka.org/forums-legacy/topic/cdwa-plugin). On the other hand, CollectionSpace has inbuilt support for Spectrum standard (http://www.collectionstrust.org.uk/spectrum) but it is not OAI-compliant.
