There’s a serious situation here in DC that you may not have heard about (unrelated to anything political, for once): the cherry blossoms at the Tidal Basin are in imminent danger! An extra-warm February prompted them to start budding last week, and now, just before they’re expected to blossom, we’re getting snow.

 

You know how in Bob’s Burgers, Tina just starts groaning when she can’t handle something? That’s me right now, over these cherry trees. Blossom-season is so magical; it’s like a reward for getting through winter. What have I been living for, now??
