Reminder: LCI application deadline Jan. 16!
There's still time to apply for Leading Change Institute (LCI) 2018, to be held June 3-8 in Washington, DC. LCI is designed for leaders in higher education, including CIOs,
librarians, information technology professionals, and administrators, who are interested in working collaboratively to promote and initiate change on critical issues affecting the academy.
Participants will learn from and discuss current events with a variety of influential people from academia, associations and societies, grantmaking agencies, industry, and government.
Over the course of the week they will together work to identify, analyze, and begin to devise solutions to problems at all levels, from those encountered by individual departments or staff to those facing the higher education community and society as a whole.
Following the Institute, participants are welcomed into the far-ranging LCI community, remaining permanently connected to one another and to all program alumni through listservs,
regular moderated chats, and in-person reunions at CLIR and EDUCAUSE events.
Here's what recent class participants had to say about the experience:

I feel that I have an amazing network of peers who I can go to for brainstorming and advice. They will be honest and thoughtful and won't have the clouded judgement of being
within my organization.—Cate Rudowsky, 2017 participant
LCI has given me insight into work at a higher level and has opened opportunities through the building of a cohort.—Jessica
