Two things are making me happy today. The first is big news: DLF welcomed our new Program Assistant, Aliya Reich<https://www.diglib.org/dlf-welcomes-new-program-assistant/>, to the office. Hooray! It’s going to be so great to have her on board. The second is slightly smaller news, but no less joyful: someone left a container of pretzel sticks in the kitchen (actually, they’re so big they’re called ‘pretzel rods’) which basically means I’ve been tramping back and forth from my desk all day trying to act stealthy while clutching large quantities of snacks. Think Lara Croft, but with pretzels instead of weapons. I know. So much cooler. Here are the jobs posted to our Board last week: Collections Assessment Librarian or Coordinator<https://jobs.diglib.org/?p=823>, University of Texas Libraries Social Sciences and Data Librarian<https://jobs.diglib.org/?p=826>, Bryn Mawr College Software Engineer<https://jobs.diglib.org/?p=832>, Johns Hopkins University and Medicine, Welch Medical Library Imaging Services Manager<https://jobs.diglib.org/?p=833>, UCLA Spatial Data Architect<https://jobs.diglib.org/?p=834>, Smith College Metadata Librarian<https://jobs.diglib.org/?p=835>, University of Massachusetts Digitization Manager<https://jobs.diglib.org/?p=841>, University of Chicago Library View past listings on the Jobs Board<http://jobs.diglib.org/> or by tracking #DLFjobs<https://twitter.com/search?q=%23dlfjobs&src=typd>.
