Those of you who’ve updated your iPhones recently may understand a new kind of anxiety I’m experiencing this week, related to a feature that came with the iOS 12 update. It’s called ‘Screen Time’, and it tracks your usage of all your apps, allowing you to set limits on how long you use them. I’m trying it out—this morning, I’m up to 33 minutes on Instagram, 10 in Chrome, and 4 on Twitter. I feel like I’ve spent more time than all of that combined stressing about the ticking clock! Perhaps it’s best not to know.

If you’re in your email app, read fast: here are the positions submitted to our Jobs Board recently:

View past listings on our site or by tracking #DLFjobs. If you have a position description to share with the community, you’re in luck! You can submit it quickly on our site—for free, if you’re a  DLF member affiliate.

Would love to hear how (or whether) you limit your own screen time—and what you think about apps that purport to help!

Have a good week,

Becca
