This new team brings together assessment activities with an emphasis on user experience to enhance an organizational culture that connects assessment and user-centered design. The successful candidate will join a team of three to provide leadership for the team, and the libraries, to build upon and enrich existing assessment and user experience efforts to advance a program to improve library services and spaces.
