Hi all. I thought this might be of interest to some of you in the Southeast U.S (but people from anywhere welcome). It’s not geared at technologists, per se, but managers and supervisors. March in Miami is pretty nice . . . . ////////////////// There are still seats available for the upcoming "Library Skills Institute I: The Manager" at the University of Miami, March 6-8, 2019. The Institute is offered by the ARL Academy in partnership with DeEtta Jones and Associates. The three-day workshop is for supervisors, department heads, team and project leaders, and managers interested in developing their awareness, skills and confidence as a leader and manager.
