*Assessment Practices and Metrics in the 21st Century: A 2019 NISO Training
Series*

*Friday, October 25 - Friday, December 20, 2019, 11:30am – 1:00pm (Eastern,

*Course Moderator: Dr. Martha Kyrillidou*, *CEO, QualityMetrics, LLC. *

Assessment must be an element of the process by which libraries move
forward in transforming their spaces, their services, and their
collections. The 2019 NISIO Training Series will focus on those
transformations and the complexities in bringing them to fruition. Eight
leading professionals present specific case studies focusing on assessment
as applied to the following four areas:

· Space

· Collections

· Services

· Strategic Innovation

The course will feature speakers in a variety of roles and from a variety
of institutions so that the discussions will address the needs of a
spectrum of practitioners. The Q&A segment will encourage attendee thinking
about emerging needs associated with the topics presented.

As a bonus, registration for this eight-week series *includes* access to
the archived recordings from the 2018 Training Series on Assessment
Practices and Metrics in the 21st Century
