Dear All,

We are extending the deadline of the OPF digital preservation community survey until Friday 7 February. Thank you to everyone who has participated so far - we have already received responses from organisations in over 20 countries!

Digital preservation is an active and growing field and the more we know about it, the more we can do to support its development. No matter the size of your organisation or your level of digital preservation experience, we want to hear from you! We encourage all respondents to share the survey among their networks so we can work together to produce a detailed picture of the digital preservation landscape today and use this knowledge to support its future.

All respondents will be entered into a prize draw for a free ticket to OPFCON - a global celebration of 10 years of OPF in June 2020. There will also be goodies up for grabs - keep your eyes on our twitter page (@openpreserve) for more information about our giveaways.

Participating organisations will receive early access to the survey report as well as the anonymised data. This allows organisations to benchmark their practice with others and carry out your own analysis of the results.

Here is the link to the survey. More information (including a printable copy of the questions) is available here

If you have any comments or questions about the survey, please do get in touch as we are happy to help.

Kind regards,

Charlotte
