I saw a quote about imposter syndrome this week that got me researching ways to combat doubting ones abilities and feeling like a fraud in the workplace. That led me to this quote from an article on LinkedIN:

 

"The very motions that have become easier or habitual because of your experience, knowledge and abilities make room to learn new things since they're going to be the hard things for a while."

 

Essentially, the skills that don't require extra effort make room in your brain for you to learn. So don't discount your "easy" abilities. They are opening doors for new skills and growth.
