As a Gen-Xer, I've been happy to pull out the popcorn and watch the recent social media battles between other generations over fashion and emojis. Amusing as these dust-ups can be while scrolling on Twitter, generational struggles in the workplace can be less enjoyable. In the most recent installment of CLIR's COVID (Re)Collections blog, museum curator, Francesca Saldan, reflects on the importance listening to and learning from the unique experiences every generation...even if they part their hair on the side.
