Bleh, I clicked Send too quickly, before I actually looked closer at the page. The page I sent is for obsolete versions of Word. My apologies. The instructions you have do work. Perhaps you are not recognizing the Autoscroll icon. It should appear on the very top of the Word document, in the blue bar, to the right of the Save icon. The icon is a hollow circle with a filled circle inside. Sorry, Charles, you didn't include your email address, so I can't BCC you.
