The Digital Library Federation Born-Digital Access Working Group (DLF BDAWG) is pleased to announce the publication of “Legal and Ethical Considerations for Born-Digital Access.”
This document comprises a set of guidelines for thinking through complex legal and ethical issues involved in providing access to born-digital archival records, including copyright, privacy, attorney-client privilege and more. See the DLF blog to learn more about how this resource was developed.
We thank the many members of the library and archives community who reviewed and contributed to this document (including many of you in the NDSA community!).
