My esteemed listmates, We have patons and visitors at the library waiting to use the free wifi to make phone calls. I've discovered many Samsung phones 4-5 years old don't offer Free Wifi calling. But, even the Samsung phones (e.g. Galaxy A03 to 12) equipped with Free Wifi Calling with Tracfone pre-paid plan service require them to type in their street address, city and state. Why must they do that? Can they not make free Wifi calls without providing this personal info? Why does Samsung require that info? Have you experienced this with other phones? LG, Moroolla, ipHone, etc? I've emailed Samsung tech support and have never replied. Thank you. Charles.
