I'm not sure what you mean "all sorts of numbers at the LTE", but LTE is a form of 4G.  So if it is saying it has LTE, then you have 4G.

 That's the 1st step I took. Typing in that IMEI number at that site reveals all sorts of numbers at the LTE but none reveal 3G or 46.

Samsung should provide an email tech support on their site like LG used to but Samsung has been unresponsive.

Great for RAM sticks a lot less than great for customer service.

   2. Go to www.imei.info, enter your IMEI number and select Check.
   3. A report will be produced. Look at the LTE section – it will display
   all the frequencies that your phone can use.
