Andrea Walker, Archivist, University of Cape Town, will discuss their archival and ongoing digital curation project on the ǂKhomani San that necessitated much ethical consideration, and resulted in active collaboration with community representatives to create, among other things, a local vocabulary list, reflecting the kind of work required to truly overcome colonial representations of the San.
