My esteedm listmaates, Any Lenovo users? Have you found any phone 3 or email for their tech support? I have a patron whose finger ID worked at first and I helped them download and install helpful software and all was well with W10. Then, we needed to reboot and it refused to recognize one finger after the next so he can't log in. He can't recall any password nor what 2 letters reference as a hint for a password.
