Washington University in St. Louis Libraries is recruiting for a Data Curator and GIS Librarian:  Reporting to the Head of Data Services, the Data Curator and GIS Librarian serves as a specialist for research data management, data curation, and a Libraries liaison for Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and spatial data.

Washington University in St. Louis is a world-renowned research institution situated in an epicenter of geospatial research activity and a member of the Data Curation Network, leaders in data curation. It's an exciting time as we embark on a campus-wide digital transformation. Washington University Libraries is implementing a new data repository in 2023, and the Data Curator and GIS Librarian would be a part of its launch. Including the incumbent, the Data Services team is currently made up of five professionals who work very collaboratively to deliver our core services of data sharing and curation, data management, data exploration, data literacy, and GIS.
