We are seeking participation in the below survey by any organization that manages digital collections for a cultural heritage organization.

Background:

HSLC, a Philadelphia-based non-profit, administers PA Photos and Documents for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, which entails managing the content of over 100 contributors from cultural heritage organizations consisting of Pennsylvania libraries, archives, museums, schools and colleges/universities. As the end of life date has been established for Islandora 7, we're exploring all of our options and are interested in what other cultural heritage organizations are using for their Digital Asset Management Systems (DAMS). 

Intended audience:

Thank you for filling out this survey if you manage digital collections for a cultural heritage organization including libraries, archives, museums, schools and colleges/universities. Our goal is to better understand the current DAMS landscape for cultural heritage organizations. If you're planning or are in the process of a migration, please feel free to share information about your new system. If you utilize more than one DAMS, please feel free to fill out the survey multiple times for each DAMS.

Data privacy and security:

The information collected in this survey will be analyzed by HSLC and will not be shared with others unless requested.  Any requested data will be anonymized accordingly. The answers will be used to help inform HSLC's decisions about new systems and to identify system performance or problem areas.
