COVID got me again. It was very mild, but I quarantined for a full five days while my family happily avoided me and took over my regular duties. Quarantining was a productivity revelation; I finished a free certification course and started another, cleared out the sewing pile, finished two audio books, organized a few drawers, and the list goes on. It got me thinking that quarantining could be quite effective for other things, like job hunting! So, with sincere apologies to the CDC, I hereby propose "Isolation and Precautions for People with JOBHUNT 2023."

  * When to Isolate - Regardless of your job status, you should isolate from others when you need to tackle JOBHUNT 2023.
  * Isolation - Stay home with JOBHUNT 2023 for as many days as you need and isolate from others in your home. You are likely to be most creative and engaged the first couple days.
  * Ending Isolation - End isolation based on seriousness of your JOBHUNT 2023 or when you stop being able to string words together.
  * Regardless of when you end isolation
     * avoid being around people who ask "how's the job hunt?"
     * remember to be around people who encourage you.
     * do not judge yourself harshly if the isolation does not end in a new position.
I hope these protocols help you with your case of JOBHUNT 2023 and that you have a great weekend. 😂 Erin
