All,

In 2012, the Innovation Awards were established by the NDSA to recognize, support, and celebrate work and achievements accomplished within the field of digital stewardship. Since 2012, the awards have grown and expanded becoming the Excellence Awards. This year, the Working Group wanted to reach out and invite NDSA members to offer their perspectives on the Excellence Awards, what they represent, and how they continue to support digital stewardship practitioners. We have been fortunate enough to receive our first response from Krista Oldham. Please enjoy the EAWG post: Peer Recognition and Motivation: Krista Oldham on the NDSA Excellence Awards<https://ndsa.org/2023/09/11/peer-recognition-and-motivation-krista-oldham-on-the-ndsa-excellence-awards.html>.
