As much as I hate to get all formal on y'all, I think if we really want to
do this right we should collect signed releases. So....I took the text that
Brenda Chawner so kindly provided, edited it, and put a PDF version of it up
on the conference web site at <http://www.code4lib.org/files/c4lrelease.pdf>
(it's linked from the bottom of the main 2007 conference page).
If anyone has any changes to suggest, let me know, although we are fast
running out of time.
Would someone with the local arrangements team be willing and able to
provide copies of this at the conference? Then we can get all speakers to
sign them who are willing, and we will have a record of who has provided
their permission. Thanks,
Roy
