Looks like most of the hotels in the area are booked on the 5th & 6th... must be something else going on?

Go with the Sheraton if the price isn't a stumbling block.  It is
basically UPenn's hotel.  And the walk is safe and easy, basically walk
through UPenn's campus, and then across Drexel's.
