I would of loved to get people up to Montreal (bagels anybody?), but I must admit that Kingston is dead in the middle for a lot of us (Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, NY state) and could be the easiest and cheapest for traveling.

> For time, I prefer May/June. What about the weekend of Friday 14 May - Sunday 16 May, maybe starting Friday night and happening Saturday, or starting Thursday night and happening Friday? That's the weekend before Victoria Day. (The 24th of May is actually on the 24th of May this year!) Is there any American holiday happening in there?
