Hello all. I hope the holidays have treated you all well. One week from today will be our next NDSA Standards Working Group meeting. The meeting will be on Wednesday, January 12 at 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time and will run for one hour.  Attached to this email you will find the rough agenda for this meeting. This meeting will be a WebEx and you will find the instructions for connecting to the WebEx meeting and phone bridge at the end of this email.

One of the things we'll be talking about in the meeting (as you can see in the agenda) is our wiki space. I want to make sure that all of you have been able to access the wiki. You should have received an email with instructions on how to log in to it ( the wiki is here http://www.loc.gov/extranet/wiki/osi/ndiip/ndsa/index.php?title=Main_Page). At the bottom of the page for our Standards group you'll see links to minutes from the previous meetings as well as the agenda for our upcoming meeting. I will make sure that portion stays up-to-date and reflects upcoming meetings.  In the future I will direct you all to the wiki instead of appending documents to emails as much as possible.

If you cannot access the wiki please let me know as soon as possible. We'll do a quick walk-through of it at our meeting but I'm sure you'll be able to navigate it just fine. To prepare for the meeting please look at the agenda and look through the "Current Scope of Work" section of our wiki space or the most recent scope statement from our group (also attached). We'll be spending most of the meeting rolling up our sleeves and talking about our "standards survey" project so please come with thoughts and questions.
