This is pretty offensive on the liblime part, perhaps not surprising, but
certainly low brow I think best practices are to 1) blog it up 2) get a
list of their clients and email them all to let them know what a bunch of
schmarmy brats they are working with make it hurt financially. It's not
libel or slander as long as it is true. Going to New Zealand to play a
legal game like this is way below the belt.
