**Position Description:**
The Content Project Manager should be capable of leveraging structured project
management techniques to effectively manage small to large-scale web-based
projects across multiple disciplines on time and within budget. This
individual would be able to ensure a high level of client satisfaction with a
focus on responsiveness, resolution of problem situations and successful
completion of deliverables.
The ideal candidate would be responsible for direction, execution and managing
one or more projects within constraints of scope, quality, time, and cost, to
deliver specified requirements and meet customer satisfaction.
**Requirements:**
We are seeking technically savvy, but customer focused Content Project Manager
with the following qualifications:
* Background or understanding of taxonomies and schemas
* Experience in Content Management and Key Word creation
* Familiarity with standard computer technologies and architecture fundamentals
* 3-5 progressive years in projects involving the same technology or discipline
* 3-5 years experience with client management
* Goal-oriented and action-focused, pragmatic and self-disciplined, good at project planning, organizing, team motivation and delegation
**Responsibilities Include:**
* Lead the planning and implementation of project
* Quality assurance
* Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions - Both internal reporting and client-facing reporting
* Deliver the required products or services
* Ensure client satisfaction and recurring sales within client engagements
* Deliver to time and cost within agreed upon tolerances
* Manage trade-offs between scope, quality, time and cost
* Hold regular status meetings with project team
* Effectively communicate relevant project information to superiors
* Document all obstacles, delays, and claims

* Manage day-to-day client interaction

* Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions
* Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships
**Education Requirements:**
* Minimum Requirement: Bachelor
* Bachelors in Library and Information Sciences = Good to have
* Masters in Business Administration
