Hello all. This is a reminder email about tomorrow's iPRES poster working meeting tomorrow. The meeting will be a WebEx session (connection info follows my email signature below) from 2-3 EDT.

We will not be talking about ongoing group business in this meeting so if you're not interested in what's going on with - or helping with - the iPRES poster project don't feel compelled to come. That said, this meeting is open to the whole group if you'd like to comment on the poster so far.

We'll be discussing the poster draft. Kate Murray sent me the most recent draft and I've attached it as a PDF to this email. If you plan to join the WebEx, please take a look at it and feel free to give comments in the meeting.

We'd also like to come up with content for a couple Powerpoint slides for the two-minute in-person presentation about the poster at the conference. We need to get this done and out to the iPRES folks by Friday. Below is more information about this:


"Second, at the conference there will be a session on the Thursday just after lunch where you will have 2 minutes to introduce your poster and encourage attendees to come and have a look at it.  For this you should send to Andrew Drummond ([log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>) no later than the 15th of September a maximum of two powerpoint slides which you will use for your two minute presentation. We will concatenate all these into a single powerpoint to ensure that the pace of these brief presentations is maintained--the order of the presentations will be alphabetic by surname of lead author."

I'm looking forward to our meeting tomorrow. This project is really coming along and is looking great thanks to the hard work of our action team!
